Wooden frames poor (log) for the new house?

We are building a new home and was greatly during rainning couple of months ago. When I did the walk of the new home for shots, I put some black spots around somd of logs (wood frame). The director told me that the work is normal, are the debris from wood and is not looking pretty. They refuse to replace the log for me, because I do not think that will affect the structure of the house. My concern points is that blacks seem to mold or been eaten by insects, but the manager was pretty sure it was not mold. I believe that these records are very bad and I want them to replace those with a conditon for me. The bulider not replace for me. Anyone experience the same problems? Any suggestions on how to obtain this solution will be much appreciated. Thanks

Wood used in construction of 2 x 4s and the like are stored in piles. a good percentage of them will have some start to grow mold on the surface of the wood. This is something very natural as there is much moisture in the wood. When the wood is installed, it is exposed to air and sun, and the mold dies. Wipes timber and will no longer support the growth of mold. THIS IS NOT 'A PROBLEM. Is nothing more than a stain on the wood, not in force strength of wood and will not cause health issues in the future. If you really desire to have a look and independent third it, point it out to the building inspector of the city. Not only is wise, but he has the power to require the manufacturer to replace the pins. Please do not make an issue there were none.
