Sites that do not work can often be explained by examining the five categories of performance site presented here. But before my little story about a dog "" website.

I did have you ever heard of the idea of making a website for something you just like it? Well, I'm crazy about Dachshunds, so I made a site very elaborate. I have much time.

As it turned out the words Wiener dogs are cheap, so I flooded the site with a dollar a budget ten days and some articles.

I had an enrollment rate of around 15%. The list really took off!

Let me tell you that a site of Wiener dog is easy to do! Gorgeous photos! I was optimistic.

I had everything, I thought. I have had offers of affiliation, CPA offers, AdSense and AdSense ONLY paid. AdSense done 3 or $ 4 a day and are spent ten dollars on PPC.

People came to the site and liked it, but not buy. I did not get it.

I declared everything to be a great experience learning and shut sown. Maybe I quit too soon and I have prevailed … but I had all five criteria below going quite well and did not work.

I also had better ideas. Call me impatient, but I bagged it.

Here are the five things that I think can make or break a site.

Low traffic – When Your salespage not have any traffic you did right there!

Your website must have guided the visitors to the site! My preferred method of production that traffic is article marketing.

The best way to drive traffic to your offer (site) are PPC, Article Marketing, Web 2.0 and Social Networking.

Are still the old school. I do not know social marketing.

PPC is not my first choice for driving in traffic. Article marketing works all the time, but you get into it a nice way before kicking in.

I use articles to send people to my blog, where I have several offers on the web pages linked from blog. Works, but certainly not spectacular yet.

Bad Site Design – If the traffic to your website, the next thing to look and how visitors perceive your site.

If seems unprofessional, it is hard to navigate or is a bit 'ugly … it is unlikely that visitors trust in you. Only it does not give you their money.

Blogger can look good through well-designed WordPress themes and templates. There are many models of Web sites, too.

But, I must tell you, being able to build or at least modify their websites HTML is a skill absolutely priceless. Knowing a bit '. It's actually easy after you expose yourself to it for a while '.

Targeted Traffic = Bad Traffic – For example, if you have a site Dachshund, the use of "dogs" is a bad idea, as a keyword in AdWords. Pay for tons of traffic and very little of it will be interested in Dachshunds.

Targeted traffic is what you want, not 'general' traffic.

When the sale of specific items, send traffic directly to the page the specific component on your site that gives them what they are looking for.

Issues copy – If you send traffic to a nice page that promotes a specific product and is not work, it is possible to take into account your copy!

It is complete copy of grammatical errors and spelling wrong? The kiss of death!

That's how a lot of people judge you, or the image of you … the words I use and the way you write. This includes spelling and grammar. You have to do it well.

Rewrite your copy to the best of your ability and then find someone to correct it.

Copywriting, when it's bad you kill sales, and when it is good that will make sales happen. Telling the perspective as a product of higher their lives by selling the benefits.

No E-Mail Follow Up Marketing? What if you did everything right? When traffic leaves without buying … okay … If their name and email address has been captured by your autoresponder. If follow-up with an autoresponder series.

There is an acceptable idea of email marketing takes an average of seven contacts before a customer buys.

The lesson is this … If you want above average results, the attempt to sell at least seven times! If not … accept low returns.

And, you can use your autoresponder for this!

So, any items referred to above fundamental to the success of online business.

Here's the crux. Get the website, salespage, web page … what you will … really good looking. Now, send a lot of targeted traffic. Articles are my favorites. PPC is my next choice. And it is faster.

Attention, the bank money and then … ATTENTION AGAIN! You learn and prosper!

Oh, inter alia, to reconsider your bid (product) … when no good, all the points above do not continue to produce sales! .

So, now you have it! Do all the above and make sure it is a murderess conversion of the product! That should work!

Now … go and prosper … and attention … you get it!
