Hopper Loads
A new Bulk Bag Weigh Batch Dump Station with integral mechanical conveyor collects dust created during discharge of bulk solids from bags, boxes, drums and other containers, and manual discharges of bulk material by weight.
A high-velocity vacuum fan draws dust into the atmosphere of the operator on two filters cartridge. Auto Reverse pulse filter cleaning maintains efficient operation, continues through the issuance of short blasts of compressed air inside the filter cartridge on alternating cycles, causing the accumulation of dust on the outer surfaces of the filter to fall into the hopper. The filters are easily accessible by removing the front internal and replaced with Quick-disconnect fittings.
The weight hopper discharges into an integral of a flexible screw conveyor belt supported by a boom that cantilevers from the frame of the stage of the system, the entire weight of which is supported on four load cells, allowing weight loss dose. When an operator selects a batch weight and starts a cycle, a controller manages the flexible transport screw, first at high feed rate, then wire feed rate, stopping material flow once the accurate batch weight has been downloaded.
An agitator hopper improves the flow of material in the schedule of recruitment of flexible screw, which handles both free and non free flowing materials that pack, cake or smear, with no separation of blended products.
The system is built stadium finished stainless steel bulk standards, and is also available in mild steel with durable industrial coatings.
The company also manufactures stand-alone flexible screw conveyors, pneumatic conveying systems, bulk bag unloaders, bulk bag conditioners, bag fillers for merchandise loose, lift-and-seal drum dumpers, weigh batching and blending systems and installation of automated comprehensive food, dairy, pharmaceutical and industrial standards.

This automated Batch Bulk Bag Weighing System from Flexicon feed ingredients in a central weighing hopper at mezzanine floor with four flexible screw conveyors, and transport pre-weighed batches to a blender with a tire downstream transmission system.
Discharges BFC Series have a large stock overhang I-beam with electric hoist and trolley to raise and position bulk bags without the use of a forklift. The units are equipped with * Fl0w-Flexer bag activators that raise and lower opposite bottom edges of the bag at preset intervals, loosening the compact material and the promotion of flows bill of materials in the exhaust. As the bag lightens, the stroke of the bag activators increases, the increase of the bag into a steep "V", promoting the evacuation total material from the bag with no manual intervention.
Each unloader is equipped with a discharge hopper surge in a closed Flexicon screw conveyor flexible. Stage system controller starts and stops each conveyor to weigh ingredients in sequence, first at high feed rate for rapid filling, then dribble feed rate, stopping material flow once the accurate batch weight has been downloaded. weigh batching system software allows you to change bag by half time and automatically compensates for the material in the air to stop the conveyor belt in advance of reaching the final match weights.
The dosage controller then activates a rotary airlock valve to download the pre-weighed batch into a pneumatic conveying line terminating at a receiver filter positioned Flexicon Blender on a tape (not shown).

Edward Hopper in Vermont (Hardcover) $50.02 Edward and Jo Hopper first discovered Vermont in 1927, making day trips from the Whitney Studio Club`s summer retreat for New York artists in Charlestown, New Hampshire. In 1935 and 1936 the Hoppers again traveled to Vermont, this time from their summer home in Cape Cod, in Edward`s continuing search for new places to paint. During these quests they identified the White River and what Edward considered to be Vermont`s "finest" river valley, and they returned there for longer visits in 1937 and 1938, boarding at Robert and Irene Slater`s Wagon Wheels farm in South Royalton. These "vacations" were a change from the usual tempo of their lives, a break from the studio-bound easels, canvas, and oils, an opportunity to paint something different, to be in a new place and paint en plein air. Over the course of Vermont sojourns, Edward Hopper produced some two dozen paintings, watercolors that are among the most distinctive of his regional works, strongly characterized by place. In this accessible volume, Bonnie Tocher Clause tells the story of the Hoppers` visits to Vermont, their stays on the Slater farm, and their introduction to farm life. She locates the sites shown in Hopper`s Vermont paintings, identifies two watercolors not previously recognized as Vermont scenes, and traces the development of Hopper`s singular interpretations of the Vermont landscape.In Edward Hopper in Vermont, Clause details the provenance of the Vermont paintings through the years, tracking the history of sales leading to the works` ultimate homes with private collectors and museums.
