Hand Remote
Virgin Media, I have to press the buttons on the remote several times before they respond, is this normal?
Recently I subscribed to Virgin Media and although I have not had big problems, I find it very irritating that I have to push the buttons on the remote control hand, 10 or 12 times or more before it responds and changes pages / functions also they are directly in front of the window, only inches away. I'm used to hand-sets for TV / DVD to respond immediately, so this is normal for cable virgin or not I have a number Duff hand remote?
Sounds like a duff remote. or you or your 'window' is a pain and not collect. The media are a virgin and am having all types of problems lately with the lack of ads and having to disconnect all the time. who blame a new computer system … I have my doubts!
