If you prefer the female clergy, why?

If you prefer to worship with a group that is led by women, why? I'm Getting Started on some research and was curious people (women or men) who prefer to be in a religious group that is led by a woman or a group of women. Honest answers would useful. I know I could ask in this religion / spirituality category, but since this is a double-crossover category, I thought the most likely to get answers series here. Thank you.

When my sister's children were baptized, he asked a woman minister, my parents know how to do the 'work'. Service was bright, friendly and above all, not formal, just the ticket for the most part, not my religious family and friends. Minister could not have done a finer job, but in essence, in terms of actual functions performed clerical, was not really different from a pastor with a nice, relaxed style and friendly manner. Having known and met several women priests over the years, I can say that they vary as well as their male counterparts ~ some are sweet tempered with an attitude of care and a true love of all creatures great and small, some are holy terrors mainly interested in playing drums in the numbers. One thing that is a bit 'different, however, between the clergy women I encountered, is that while some clergy men tend to a kind of arrogance of their position, this is quite absent in the clergy women. I suspect it is because I feel lucky enough to have broken through this barrier, or belong to churches / branches of religions in which a sense of superiority of the clergy is absent. I also heard expressed others, the ministry of women tend to talk more to the human aspect of faith and be more 'on earth'. Of course, that does not mean that many Religious men have the qualities of human-ness and attitudes down to earth. I suspect many people, especially those who do not seek authoritarian submission the more traditional, conservative religious instruction, prefer, or accept the ministry of women religious, and with regard to the experiences of women as adding dichromate an additional dimension or different quality of this ministry.
