Haha … Technically, both answers are right. The scale of Eb major for clarinet is: Eb FG Ab Bb CD Eb (repeat) THE CONCERTO Eb clarinet major scale is: FGA Bb CDEF (repeat) L 'is a clarinet transposing instrument … but in general when asked to play a scale name (eg C # Major), you start the name of the note, unless playing with a group of instruments so different key.
